Scorpio is fixed and traditionally ruled by Mars, with Pluto as its modern ruler: intense, focused, loyal and protective. Pisces is mutable and traditionally ruled by Jupiter, with Neptune as its modern ruler: gentle, imaginative, compassionate and adaptable. Friction
Scorpio’s intensity and jealousy can overwhelm a sensitive Pisces, who may respond by withdrawing or escaping. Pisces’s vagueness or tendency to avoid conflict can trigger Scorpio’s suspicion. Both can be moody, and their moods may amplify each other. Scorpio may hold grudges, while Pisces may let issues slide until resentment builds.
