2. Who can use the service

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. To buy a subscription, you must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information, including a working email address, and let us know at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you think someone has accessed your account without permission. 4. Subscriptions and billing

Plans and prices. Premium membership costs $9 per month or $69 billed annually, in US dollars. Taxes may be added where required. The features included in premium are described on our pricing page and may change over time; we won't remove core premium features during a period you have already paid for.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method for each billing period.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period, at the then-current price, until you cancel.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. When you cancel, your subscription won't renew, and you keep premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable, but we handle refund requests case by case. If something has gone wrong, such as an accidental renewal or a billing error, please contact us through our support page and we will look into it. This doesn't affect any refund rights you have under the law where you live.

Price changes. If we change subscription prices, we will tell you by email before the change applies to you, and the new price will take effect from your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may pause or end premium access until it is resolved.

5. Acceptable use

Please use the service respectfully and lawfully. You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, republish or sell our content, or use automated tools to collect it, except for ordinary search engine indexing.
• Use our content to train AI models without our written permission.
• Interfere with the service, attempt to bypass its limits (such as the one free daily card) or access areas you are not authorized to use.
• Submit unlawful, abusive or harassing material, or other people's private information, in questions or messages.
• Resell or share access to a premium account.
• Use the service in a way that misrepresents our readings as professional advice to others.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the questions, notes and other content you submit. You give us permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the service to you, including sending tarot questions to our AI provider to help generate an interpretation, as described in our privacy policy.

7. Our content and intellectual property

The service, including our tarot deck artwork, readings, articles, text, design and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view it and share short excerpts or links for personal, non-commercial purposes with credit to Horoscope & Tarot. Any other use needs our written permission.

8. AI-assisted content

Some content on the service is drafted with AI assistance, as explained on our methodology page. This content is produced within rules our editors set, and daily editions are reviewed before publication, but any content may occasionally contain mistakes. Please let us know if you spot one.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suited to any particular purpose, and we make no claims about the accuracy of any reading as a prediction. You use the service at your own discretion.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on content from the service. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or [MINIMUM AMOUNT] if you have not paid us anything.
